Suraj has founded and grown companies across tech, finance, and consulting—including India’s first investment advisory for high-risk instruments, which grew to a team of over 1000 people and served over 5 million customers. He has also advised Fortune 500 companies and Indian conglomerates on strategy, GTM, and Web3 design. He also sits on the board of Entrepreneurs’ Organization in Bangalore.

Before completing her university, Bharti sat on the board of a company with an annual turnover of 20 million+ in the education sector, serving a term of four years. She then spent the first part of her post uni career in capital markets at one of the world's leading law firms advising on complex cross-border transactions based both in London and Singapore. She later moved into leadership and commercial roles —working across Sydney, Dubai and India—helping connect institutional capital with digital assets as well as in strategy & distribution.
